Three screens, and nothing to learn.
Bellbee is a page for your guests, a list for your team and a console for you. Here is everything on each of them.
The guest page
What opens when a guest scans a code: in their room, at their table, by their pitch. Their phone's browser is all it needs.

- A code for every place
- Every room, pitch, table or meeting room has its own code, so every request says where it came from. Guests need no app, account or password.
- On a tablet in the room, too
- Every place has a link as well as a code. Put it on a tablet in the room or on a table, saved to the home screen, or link to it from your in-room TV or intranet page.
- Big tiles, or a list
- Up to ten things show as tiles; a longer list, like twenty drinks, shows as rows. Bellbee decides, so there's no setting.
- Questions that answer themselves
- Which day, what time, how many, which one. Every question starts on a sensible answer, so most guests only tap Send.
- Room for a note
- Every request ends with "Anything we should know?", for the guest who needs the cot by six.
- Good to know
- The wifi with a copy button, check-in and check-out, breakfast hours, a number to tap and call, and your address in maps.
- Where their request stands
- Sent, On its way or Done, on their phone for two days. The next guest in the room sees none of it.
- A link for before they arrive
- Put the page's own link in your booking email. Guests say where they're staying, so they can book a taxi from the station before check-in.
- Your time, not theirs
- Today means your today, and breakfast times that have passed are gone, even if their phone is still on home time.
The request list
Where your team sees what guests asked for, takes it, and marks it done. On the desk tablet, a phone or a laptop.

- I'll do it
- One tap says you're on it, so two people don't both walk to room 12 with towels. Anyone can mark a request done.
- A chime for every request
- New requests play a sound. Keep it on at the desk and mute it on the phone in your pocket.
- How long it has waited
- Every request shows its age, and turns orange when it has waited too long.
- Four ways to look at it
- A list, a grid, columns or a table. Everyone picks their own, and it follows them to another device.
- Groups
- Kitchen, Housekeeping, Maintenance. People see their own group's requests first, and the rest with a tap.
- New, On it, Done
- Three states and no more. Nothing to approve, assign or reopen.
- On any phone
- It's a web page, so there is nothing to install. Add it to the home screen and it opens like an app.
The console
Where you set up what guests can ask for, add your rooms and team, and see how it's going.

- Your own menu
- Anything you offer, with an icon, a line of text and the questions it needs. Or start from a template for a hotel, B&B, holiday home, campsite or wellness hotel.
- Four kinds of question
- A choice, a day and time, a number, or a line of text. You see what guests will see while you type.
- Places in bulk
- Room 101 to 112, Pitch 1 to 40 or Table 1 to 20 in one go, or every place from a spreadsheet. Print the codes on one sheet.
- Places that ask one thing
- A code in a shared space asks one thing on every request: the lobby asks for a room number, the breakfast room for a table.
- More than one guest page
- Two lodges with a different wifi and a different menu? Give each its own page.
- Your team
- Invite people by email. Staff take requests; admins also run the console. Someone who leaves is switched off, and their name stays on what they did.
- The overview
- What's open, this week against last, how fast requests are picked up, and what guests ask for most.
- Reports
- Every request ever sent, by date, place, group or person, and out to a spreadsheet in one click.
