Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. Prices exclude VAT. We're based in the Netherlands. If your business is elsewhere in the EU and has a valid VAT number, we don't add VAT and you declare it in your own country.Cancel whenever you like.
Questions before you start
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The code in the room opens a web page in the phone's browser. No account and no password.
Is it only for hotels?
No. A place is anything you can put a code on: a room, a pitch, a table, a meeting room. What people can ask for is up to you, so it works just as well for holiday parks, offices, spas and marinas.
What counts as a place?
Anything with its own code: a room, a lodge, a pitch, the lobby, the breakfast room. The link for your booking emails and website doesn't count.
Can it run on a tablet in the room?
Yes. Every place has a link as well as a code. Open it on a tablet in the room or on a table and add it to the home screen, and it opens like an app, straight to that place. Or link to it from your in-room TV or intranet page. You copy a place's link on Places. On a tablet every guest uses, switch off "Show guests their requests" on its guest page, so each guest starts with a clean page.
What do I need to get started?
A computer or phone to set up on, and a printer for the codes. Your team uses their own phones, or a tablet on the desk.
How long does setting up take?
Pick a template, untick what you don't offer, add your rooms and print the codes. For a small hotel that is an afternoon, not a project.
Can guests pay for extras through Bellbee?
No. Put the price in the item's description, like "€15 per person", and add it to the bill as you do now.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and add a card on the Plan page in your console, whenever you like during the 14 days.
Can I cancel?
Yes, on the Plan page, whenever you like.
